MOT'S
At Autodan, we offer Class 4, 5, and 7 MOTs, all of which can be done while you wait in our reception area.
MOTs can be completed up to a month minus one day before your current expiry date and will still be postdated to original expiry.
We offer a free retest within 10 working days.

Servicing
Here at Autodan we offer full and interim services for your car. Plus our full service goes above and beyond the level of most main dealers but at a fraction of the cost.
We only use original (OEM) quality parts so that our services will not invalidate your manufacturer warranty.
Using all the latest electronic diagnostic software and hardware (on many different platforms) we can do anything a main dealer can do and, yes, we can reset your service light and stamp your service record too.
Useful Tip -
Please ensure your service record book and locking wheel nut key (if required) are to hand for us; easiest thing is to leave them on the passenger seat.
Mechanical
We carry out all mechanical repairs here at Autodan, from exhaust and brake replacement through to cambelts and clutches and even engine rebuilds!
Or it could just be that your vehicle is sounding a bit rough, we are happy to investigate and repair any faults.
We only use original (OEM) quality parts so that our repairs will not invalidate your manufacturer warranty.

Diagnostics
We use all the latest electronic diagnostic software and hardware (on multiple platforms) so that we can cover every possible make/model of vehicle and any problem with your vehicle.
Tyres
We do tyres! We keep various options in stock and can order specific brands for you. Since we operate by appointment, please give us a call to arrange replacement.
We also carry out laser front wheel alignment and puncture repairs.
Aircon
We provide on-site air conditioning regas services and have both the old and new gas options available. Reach out to us for a quote today!

About Danny
Danny is the founder and Managing Director of Autodan, starting the business back in 1993. He has had a wealth of experience working on many different makes of cars, including serving an apprenticeship with REME and Ford. He became a fuel injection diagnostic technician at Swain and Jones and it is rumoured by his parents that his first words were makes of cars. He loved nothing better as a kid than riding anything with wheels down the steepest hill he could find and spent his childhood taking engines to bits and reassembling them, much to the amazement of his father when they actually restarted!! His passion has always been cars but has now moved on to include boats and motorbikes; in fact anything with an engine. He has founded and organised charity music festivals for Teenage Cancer Trust and frequently taken part in the Dumball car rally, travelling all over Europe and India, always in fancy dress (including the car).
Danny has now ventured into the big world of TV! With his scope of knowledge he has been involved with producing shows such as 'Hot Wheels ultimate challenge’, ‘Supercar Megabuild’, ‘Goblin works garage’, ’Scrapyard Supercar’, ‘Ali A’s Superchargers’, ‘Wheeler dealers' and now ‘Born mechanic’.

TEAM
Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by either Luke or Talor, who will assist you throughout your visit. Both are experienced team members with a commitment to delivering excellent customer care. They will also be the ones assisting you over the phone, ensuring consistent communication every step of the way.
In our workshop, you'll discover a dedicated team of skilled technicians. Glenn specializes in remapping and diagnostics, Andy handles our larger mechanical jobs, and Gazi takes care of our MOTs. Additionally, our two apprentices Harry and Leo are actively learning and contributing to our team.
